Conor Hallahan – General Manager
Conor brings over 20 years of experience in infrastructure construction and engineering. With a career in Design and Construct projects, as well as large alliances and whole of business management, Conor brings that expertise to his current role and provides leadership and direction to all areas of the business.
Chris Tummon – Project Development Manager
Chris has over 20 years’ experience in the industry with a significant amount of that working on EPC, EPCM and Design and Construct Projects. With a background in structural engineering and design management, Chris is now involved with identifying and securing new business opportunities and provides leadership in the preparation of bids and delivery of projects.
Will Kerr – Pre-Contracts Manager
Will has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry through all levels. He has worked in various roles managing designs, teams and projects across the commercial and industrial markets. In his current position as Pre-Contracts Manager, he is responsible for coordinating the establishment of COVA’s bids, the execution of studies and ensuring projects are handed over to enable successful delivery by the COVA Haywards Project Delivery Team.
Bob Dunbabin – Technical Manager
Bob has in excess of 25 years of experience in industrial engineering, specialising in Structural Engineering of bulk materials handling machines. He is COVA’s Technical Manager and Principal Structural Engineer. Bob has extensive experience in leading teams to successfully develop considered designs with a wholistic approach.
Chris Le Grange – Project Delivery Manager
Chris is a highly experienced Project Portfolio Manager and Mechanical Engineer. Chris started his career in the South African gold mining industry and has been in the construction industry for more than 20 years, bringing multi-discipline experience from the mining, rail transport, bulk material handling, hydroelectric power and water services sectors. Chris is responsible for the implementation of all COVA Haywards project post contract award.
Ken Cox – Site Manager
Ken has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry working on complex steel & mechanical demolition and installations. Ken is proactive in resolution of issues and ensures project success.
Wiktoria Piotrowska – Project Controls Manager
Wiktoria is a Quantity Surveyor and joined COVA in 2020. Now acting as COVA’s Project Controls Manager, with over 6 years of professional experience in the construction industry, Wiktoria has gained a broad understanding of Project Delivery through her involvement on a variety of major projects. Wiktoria is in the final stages of becoming a chartered member of RICS recognizing her extensive experience in the construction industry as a quantity surveyor.
Jackelyn Kelly – HSE Manager
Jackelyn is a Safety Professional with 11 years’ experience in the heavy engineering, power generation, water utilities, waste and civil infrastructure sectors. Jackelyn joined COVA in 2023 and is supporting the business implement industry best practice HSE management principles across their projects. She has successfully lead HSEQ teams deliver tangible positive outcomes in multibillion dollar high risk construction projects and has a collaborative approach with project teams and clients.
